Alexandrina and Viktor had dreamed of Paris. Not as
a backdrop. As a destination. The city of light,
the city of love — all of that, yes, but more than
that: a place to be completely present with each other,
with no agenda and no performance.
We walked. We found light where it appeared. We didn't
rush. The emotions were honest, the photographs were
real, and Paris — as it always does — held everything
beautifully.
Some of the best weddings I've photographed weren't
weddings at all. They were just two people, one city,
and a decision to make it permanent.
